THERAPY for everyone
and ESPECIALLY creative people
You’re someone who’s usually full of ideas. Maybe an artist or an author or an entrepreneur? Or could you have been? What sets you apart: your creativity.
But… You feel that something is weighing you down. Your projects aren’t going as well as you’d like. You don’t always have clear ideas, or the energy to follow them through. You may even feel yourself slipping down a slope that could be difficult to climb back up.
Without realising it, you’re depressed or even having a breakdown, or are having to deal with related problems such as stress, anxiety, psychosomatic illnesses, obsessive-compulsive disorders, addictions or burn-out.
It’s not inevitable.
But it is important to have the right support.

Certified by the Institut Freudien de Psychanalyse de Provence / Edupsy, affiliated to the Fédération Nationale de Psychanalyse, and myself endowed with both artistic and entrepreneurial sensibilities, I combine the clinical practice of analytical and supportive psychotherapy with extensive experience of supporting creative people in the media and business world, the film and hospitality industry, and the artistic scene. I then draw on a wide range of knowledge to understand you better.
Today I’m here for you, able to offer you specialist help that combines psychotherapy with in-depth knowledge of the issues and resources specific to creative people.
I’m here to go with you through what’s bothering you, blocking you, obsessing you or depressing you, and to help you overcome it. To quickly set your life forces in motion and reactivate your creative energy. To support and accompany you in the development of your projects. To help you go further and, quite simply, better.

I was struck by Delphine’s ability to listen. I found this remarkable, firstly because of her ability to reformulate what I had to say, making it clearer to myself, and secondly because of her ability to anticipate and extend the ideas or projects I put to her. Her practice is akin to the art of delivering minds – Socrates’ maieutics. Delphine ‘opened my mind to my own mind’, a phrase that plagiarises that of the photographer Arno Rafael Minkkinen, who dedicated his first self-portrait to me with these words: You opened my eyes to my eyes.

Delphine, with her empathetic listening and her discreet, pertinent and intelligible questions, was able to guide my thoughts so that the memories and ideas flowed in a confident and free flow, and made sense. Her fine, delicate and respectful analysis helped me to move forward.

Delphine writes and thinks like a painter. She has an emotional intelligence that enables her to reflect on the inner world, the spirit that a work of art can contain, which will have opened up a wider reflection on my own life journey.
